TRAVEL HELP DESK

The foreseen tasks include the following activities:

  • Manage the switchboard and sort incoming calls
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Forward voice messages and report other communications within the organization
  • Update the company directory and phone book
  • Collaborate with front office staff and perform other generic administrative tasks

The skills that a switchboard operator must possess are:

  • Management capacity of the switchboard
  • Expertise in telephone communication
  • Ability to speak clearly and concisely
  • Listening skills, interpersonal and mediation skills
  • Ability in customer service
  • Ability to use the main IT tools
  • Organizational skills and problem solving
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week on rotary work from 07-22 Monday / Sunday.
